Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Manager of HSE Communications to join our Internal Comms team. You will translate complex health, safety, and environment topics into clear, actionable messaging across field sites, offices, and operations.

The role emphasizes multimedia storytelling and AI-enabled tools to scale impact. You will collaborate with HSE Program Managers, Training, and Compliance to build annual plans, craft executive messaging, and reach deskless workers through digital signage,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in communications, with a track record of running programs end-to-end.
• Experience in HSE communications or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling across channels.
• Ability to design and produce media (logos, graphics, posters) for diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop HSE internal comms plan and own annual strategy with quarterly updates.
• Create and deploy media-rich communications including video and posters.
• Lead incident and crisis communications with cross-functional teams (Legal, Safety, Comms).
• Support leadership with messaging and materials for frontline and deskless workers.
