Job summary

Nox Group seeks an experienced HSE Training Manager to lead the build-out, management, and delivery of health, safety, and environmental training programs across our enterprise. You will partner with Site HSE, Operations, and Learning & Development to design curricula and oversee on-site training across active projects.

You will manage a team of trainers, ensure documentation, track certifications, and continuously improve safety training using industry best practices and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction HSE experience with training background.
• Experience developing and delivering HSE training programs in a construction environment.
• Experience managing or leading a team of trainers or training coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the build-out, design, and continuous improvement of HSE training programs that meet company standards.
• Partner with L&D to develop content, materials, and delivery methods aligned with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage scheduling, coordination, and execution of HSE training on job sites across active projects.
• Ensure HSE processes are documented and align with training practices.
• Oversee HSE personnel trained to deliver consistent training and adhere to HSE standards.
• Track completion, certifications, and renewal requirements for all employees.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on incident trends and audits.
• Coordinate with project leadership to identify training needs and ensure timely delivery of required training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage new-hire HSE orientation and maintain training records in LMS.
