Job summary

Pearce is seeking an HSE Specialist to advance health, safety, and environmental objectives across Solar, ESS, UPS, Battery, Wind, and EV operations. This field-focused role will partner with operational teams to strengthen safety performance, with emphasis on electrical safety and driver safety.

You will implement and improve HSE programs, conduct audits, investigate incidents, develop corrective actions, and coach employees and leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HSE roles supporting field-service operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety practices and hazards.
• Experience with incident investigations and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor safety objectives and metrics with HSE and Operations.
• Coach leaders on electrical safety and driver safety practices.
• Conduct field safety audits, inspections, and observations.
• Lead investigations into injuries and incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Travel up to 70% across the United States to support sites.
