Job summary

Pearce Services in the United States is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to advance health, safety, and environmental objectives across Solar, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), UPS, Battery, Wind, and EV operations. This role emphasizes electrical safety and driver safety and partners with operational teams to drive continuous improvement.

OSHA and EPA standards knowledge is essential. You will implement HSE programs, conduct field audits and investigations, deliver training, and coach leaders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HSE, safety coordination, or related safety experience, preferably supporting field-service operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical safety practices and hazards in field operations.
• Experience supporting or managing driver and vehicle safety programs.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and safety audits.
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations; Cal/OSHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HSE and Operations leadership to establish, monitor, and achieve safety objectives and performance metrics.
• Promote a strong safety culture focused on zero harm, electrical safety, safe work practices, and vehicle incident prevention.
• Coach operational leaders, managers, supervisors, and field technicians on HSE expectations and safety standards.
• Conduct field safety audits, inspections, and observations to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Travel up to 70% nationwide to support field operations and training.
