Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking an HSE Specialist to advance health, safety, and environmental objectives across Solar, ESS, UPS, Battery, Wind, and EV operations. This role requires extensive travel to support field operations nationwide and collaboration with operations teams.

You will implement and improve HSE programs, conduct field audits, investigate incidents, identify risks, develop corrective actions, and provide training to employees and leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HSE or safety coordination experience in field-service operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety practices and hazards.
• Experience leading driver and vehicle safety programs.
• Experience conducting investigations, root-cause analysis, field audits, and safety inspections.
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations; Cal/OSHA preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HSE and Operations to set safety objectives and metrics.
• Promote zero-harm culture, electrical safety, safe work practices, and vehicle safety.
• Coach leaders and field technicians on HSE expectations and safety standards.
• Conduct field safety audits and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead investigations into injuries and incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Track injuries, incidents, and HSE performance metrics and report findings.
