DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Safety Coordinator for our USA - New Berlin campus. You will help create a culture of safety by educating leaders and employees and by implementing safety policies, programs and training.

Responsibilities include OSHA compliance, incident investigations, recordkeeping, training delivery, and evaluation of safety performance. You will collaborate with managers to maintain a safe, healthy workplace and ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related safety experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate departmental occupational safety programs.
• Develop and conduct occupational safety training for all employees.
• Maintain all HSE training records and notify managers of training requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling of employees to attend training.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses and prepare reports with recommendations.
