Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lancaster, USA is seeking an HSE Coordinator to promote a culture of safety campus-wide. You will develop and deliver safety policies, train employees, and ensure OSHA compliance; oversee investigations and recordkeeping while coordinating with corporate safety.

This role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills and will operate on a Sunday-Wednesday shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related safety experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and federal safety standards emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate departmental occupational safety programs.
• Develop and conduct occupational safety training for all employees with alignment to OSHA requirements.
• Maintain HSE training records and notify managers of training requirements or deficiencies.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and maintain accident statistics; analyze trends and propose remedial actions.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses; prepare reports and recommendations for corrective action and regulatory agencies.
