DSV Fort Worth is seeking a Safety Coordinator, HSE to drive a culture of safety across the campus. You will develop and deliver safety policies, train employees, investigate incidents, and ensure OSHA compliance. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related experience and/or training.
• Prior experience in safety observations/inspections, developing and implementing compliance strategies and plans.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other federal safety standards, principles, practices and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate departmental occupational safety programs.
• Develop and conduct occupational safety training for all employees, including evaluation and modification of programs to meet state and federal OSHA requirements.
• Maintain all HSE training records and notify Managers of training requirements and deficiencies.
• Schedule training as needed to keep all employees compliant with safety standards.
• Coordinate scheduling of employees to attend training to ensure a safe, healthy and incident‑free workplace.
• Conduct on‑site observations to identify potential hazards and perform safety inspections.
• Investigate or arrange for all accidents and near‑misses, prepare reports and recommendations.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims and return‑to‑work programs.
• Communicate HSE goals and results and maintain the facility HSE performance profile.
• Keep staff and leadership updated on changes in HSE legislation and processes.

Education
