Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Regional Health & Safety Manager to lead HSE programs across multiple sites in the USA. The role focuses on injury prevention, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and training to build a safe workplace.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HSE management, knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, and the ability to travel up to 35% within the United States. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a medium to large warehouse in a HSE management capacity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience leading safety observations/inspections and developing compliance plans.
• Knowledge of Environmental / Sustainability topics and multi-site leadership experience.
• Ability to travel up to 35% across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety programs, policies and procedures to create a safe work environment.
• Provide safety training and coaching to regional Health & Safety Managers.
• Conduct HSE audits and risk assessments to ensure regulatory conformance.
• Coordinate with site safety managers on plans aligned with Quality Management Systems.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and incident investigations, including root-cause analysis.
