Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in the USA Lancaster campus is seeking an Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to drive a safety-first culture. You will support planning, implementing and evaluating safety programs, and ensure OSHA compliance across the site.

Responsibilities include conducting safety training, maintaining records, investigating incidents, and coordinating with corporate safety and third-party admin to manage workers' comp and return-to-work programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other federal safety standards, principles, practices and techniques.
• Experience in safety observations/inspections and compliance planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate departmental safety programs.
• Develop and conduct safety training for all employees and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain HSE training records and notify managers of training requirements.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses and prepare reports and corrective actions.
• Coordinate return to work programs and manage workers' comp processes.
• Conduct on-site safety observations and hazard analyses.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and OSHA regulations.
