Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; OSHA knowledge required.
• 1–2 years related safety experience preferred.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and incident investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and evaluate departmental safety programs.
• Develop and conduct safety training meeting OSHA requirements.
• Maintain HSE training records and ensure compliance.
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety inspections and hazard analysis.
• Support return-to-work programs with supervisors and HR.
