Job summary

MMR Group, Inc. is seeking an HSE Project Coordinator for our Lithia Springs, GA site. The role reports to the HSE leadership and collaborates with project teams to implement safety programs across jobsites.

The ideal candidate will manage safety training, conduct field audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting the corporate safety department’s training plan and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• BCSP certification is required (CSP/ASP/OHST or equivalent).
• OSHA 500 Train-The-Trainer certification or equivalent.
• OSHA 510 or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License or State ID and a Social Security Card.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and implement safety training programs as needed.
• Maintain the training database.
• Provide safety support to all jobsites.
• Conduct field audits and on-site retraining as required.
• Assist in accident investigations with Safety Director and/or superintendent.
• Attend safety meetings and communicate safety directives.
• Stay up to date on regulatory agency regulations and standards.
