Job summary

MMR Group, Inc. seeks a full-time HSE Coordinator for our Mansfield, TX office. The role focuses on safety program development, training, and field support across jobsites. You will work with the HSE team to maintain systems, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with client standards.

Primary qualifications include an associate degree in safety and at least five years of electrical HSE experience. Some travel may be required; overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Safety & Health preferred but not required.
• Minimum five years related electrical HSE experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Vice President, HSE and coordinate with Divisional/Project Managers.
• Develop, revise, and implement safety training programs as needed.
• Maintain the HSE Management System and training database.
• Provide safety support to all jobsites and conduct field audits.
• Meet with clients on safety issues and participate in pre-job meetings.
• Assist in accident investigations and regulatory training.
• Stay up to date on regulatory requirements and client HSE standards.
