Job summary

MMR Group, Inc. is seeking a full‑time HSE Coordinator for our Austin, TX site. The role requires at least five years of electrical HSE experience and OSHA 500 certification. Expect 45–60 hour weeks with a per diem of $125/day and pay in the $40–$45/hour range based on experience.

The candidate will report to the Vice President, HSE, and work with project managers to implement training, manage the HSE system, and stay current with regulatory standards. Travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years electrical HSE experience.
• OSHA 500 certification required.
• Ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Report to VP/HSE or HSE Director and collaborate with Divisional/Project Managers.
• Develop, revise, and implement safety training programs.
• Maintain the training database and support corporate safety training plan.
• Conduct training at multiple sites and perform field audits.
• Assist in accident investigations and safety meetings.

Education

Associate's degree in Occupational Safety & Health
