MMR Group, Inc. is seeking an HSE Coordinator for our Mansfield, TX office. The role requires electrical HSE experience and a commitment to safety excellence.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a standard 40-hour workweek and some overtime potential. You will report to the Vice President/HSE Director, develop and implement safety training, maintain the HSE Management System, conduct field audits, perform on-site retraining, and support regulatory training for employees and supervisors

Qualifications

• Electrical HSE experience required.
• Associate's degree in Occupational Safety & Health preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Report to the VP, HSE or HSE Director and work with Divisional/Project Managers.
• Develop, revise and implement safety training programs as needed.
• Implement, monitor and maintain MMR’s HSE Management System.
• Provide safety training across the company and support corporate training plans.
• Maintain the training database and provide safety support to all jobsites.
