Job summary

MMR Group, Inc. is seeking a Project HSE Technician for our Fayetteville, GA site. Pay is $38/hr with a per diem of $625 weekly. The role involves orientations, field safety inspections, and incident investigations.

Expected duties include coaching, enforcing Life Critical Policies, and coordinating with the Project Safety Coordinator and Site Manager. 58-hour workweeks apply, with travel as needed and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification and HS diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE tech experience in electrical work.
• Ability to conduct safety orientations and field inspections.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Safety Coordinator and assist with orientations.
• Conduct site safety orientations (MMR Orientation, Site Safety Plan, Emergency Action Plan, Fall Protection, HAZCOM, PPE).
• Escort injured employees to medical facilities and assist case management as directed.
• Perform field inspections of safety equipment, logs, and PPE.
• Participate in MMR's Behavioral Based Safety program and document observations.
