Job summary

Sundt is seeking a Project HSE Manager to join our on-site team in Morrilton, AR. You will advance Sundt HS&E programs, lead safety walks, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety plans on a multi-step project.

The role requires at least one year in safety, strong communication, and the ability to use MS Office; bilingual ability is a plus. Sundt offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, ESOP/401K, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma minimum, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certifications/licenses: STSC, CHST, ASP, CSP preferred but not required.
• Experience: at least one year of full-time project safety experience.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• High integrity and adherence to policy.

Responsibilities

• Conducts frequent safety walks/inspections of the project and adjacent property.
• Conducts site-specific safety orientations.
• Creates, updates, maintains, and facilitates the Project Environmental Management Plan.
• Creates, updates, maintains, and facilitates the Project Safety Management Plan.
• Facilitates the Sundt Safety Management and Illness Prevention Systems Manual on the project.
• Manages emergencies, incidents, and workers' compensation claims.
• Reviews and files project safety documentation.
