Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support the HSE Department and work closely with the HSE Corporate Director and regional safety leaders. The role will handle event planning, data management, and safety reporting to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 5 years in a construction/office setting, with bilingual English/Spanish communication skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a construction/office environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events, travel arrangements, and meetings for the safety team.
• Assist with office supplies, clerical duties, and document preparation.
• Prepare and manage dashboards, spreadsheets, agendas, and reports.
• Maintain calendars and coordinate executive schedules.
• Process invoices and review budget material as assigned.
• Assist with OSHA and MSHA reporting information.
• Support safety training material creation and distribution.
