Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking an HSE Coordinator in Atlanta to support the HSE Department and collaborate with the Corporate Director and regional safety leaders. You will handle events, travel, and logistics while producing dashboards and reports for safety compliance.

The role requires strong communication skills, 5+ years in construction/office settings, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Power BI. This position is Safety-Sensitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a construction /office environment
• Time management and organization skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Excel, PPT, E1.

Responsibilities

• Arrange events or conferences and make travel arrangements as needed.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing.
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery of courier mail and express mail services.
• Create and manage Power BI dashboards, Excel spreadsheets, Word docs, PowerPoint graphs.
• Maintain calendar of conference room and training room events.
• Maintain calendars for Corporate Safety Director and Regional Safety Directors.
• Manage Resource Management Staffing Tool.
• Process invoices and review budget material as assigned.
• Provide information for required OSHA and MSHA reporting.
• Schedule and coordinate Executive Safety meetings and 1:1s.
• Support creation of HS&E training materials and distribution.
• Transcribe dictation, write letters and memos, respond to correspondence.
• Update and distribute directories and lists monthly.
