Job summary

Sundt Construction in Charlotte, NC is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support the HSE Department and collaborate with the Corporate Director and regional safety leaders to ensure safety compliance and smooth operations.

In this role you will organize safety training, maintain records, assist with OSHA/MSHA reporting, manage scheduling, and prepare dashboards and documents using Microsoft Office tools, while building strong relationships with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a construction/office environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Excel, and PPT.

Responsibilities

• Arrange events or conferences and make travel arrangements as needed.
• Assist with office supplies management and related clerical tasks.
• Coordinate courier mail and express mail services.
• Create and manage Power BI dashboards, Excel sheets, and Word documents.
• Maintain calendars for conference rooms and training events.
• Provide OSHA and MSHA reporting information as required.
• Schedule and coordinate various safety-related meetings.
• Support creation and distribution of HS&E training materials.
