Rosendin is seeking an HSE Manager II to support health, safety and environmental practices across multiple project sites. This entry-level manager role emphasizes team leadership, development, and building a strong safety culture.

You will mentor safety personnel, lead investigations, and ensure programs align with company and regulatory standards. The position requires site presence, training coordination, and collaboration with field leadership and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and develop safety teams.
• Experience leading multiple project sites.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to manage safety programs and training.
• Experience conducting incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign work for safety team members.
• Lead safety programs and enforce NFPA 70E guidelines.
• Conduct injury and incident investigations and share lessons learned.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and pre-task planning.
• Coordinate training needs with field leadership and subcontractors.
• Review MOPs and permits; ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a safe work environment.
• Travel up to 25% to support multiple sites.
