Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an HSE Manager II to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices across multiple project sites with an emphasis on team leadership and development. The role includes plan development, hazard identification, incident investigations, safety training, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position requires coaching junior staff, collaborating with field leadership and customers, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.
• Able to coach, develop, and manage team members.
• Able to manage and de-escalate difficult conversations.
• Professional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Degree with CHST certification or 9 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign work for team members.
• Monitor safety programs and take corrective action.
• Coach and develop direct reports and safety team members.
• Lead incident investigations and share lessons learned.
• Coordinate with field leadership and subcontractors on safety plans.
• Review MOPs and issue permits; apply NFPA 70E guidelines.
