Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of progressive construction safety experience.
Minimum 3 years of safety management or supervisory experience.
Deep, working knowledge of OSHA construction standards and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
Ensure every employee understands safety responsibilities and is equipped to meet them.
Lead safety audits across all job sites, plants, and facilities and track corrective actions.
Develop and deliver safety training programs, including OSHA-required training.
Embed safety culture and lead in field leadership integration and reporting.
