Role Overview

Are YOU a strategic, innovative facilities Health Safety and Environmental manager ready to help clients optimize their business?

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a qualified Regional Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to support occupational health, safety, and environmental initiatives across multiple sites for a multinational consumer products company. The Regional HSE Manager will work collaboratively with the Director of HSE and Facilities Director to deploy the HSE management system and strategic initiatives that promote a zero-harm safety culture.

Incentives

This role is remote, and the selected candidate MUST be able to travel 40% of the time.

What You'll Do

• Review policies and procedures related to occupational health, safety, and environmental hazards, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations (e.g., Control of Hazardous Energy).
• Evaluate the effectiveness of Operational Excellence / HS&E strategies and programs using objective, fact-based methods.
• Provide full support and guidance to sites as directed by the Corporate Services' HSE Director.
• Assist sites in preparing risk registers.
• Conduct Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental audits.
• Recommend, justify, and manage safety devices, equipment, and products to protect employees and customers while reducing losses.
• Serve as an in-house consultant during OSHA, EPA, DOT inspections, investigations, or complaints, providing guidance and direction.
• Produce HS&E progress reports to meet account objectives.
• Train and educate employees on HS&E topics as needed.
• Analyze accident causes and injury trends to facilitate remedial actions.
• Perform routine on-site HS&E inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Present safety updates at leadership and client meetings. Conduct on-site safety and environmental audits for business units.
• Track sustainability data across multiple units.
