Sodexois currently in search of aDirector, Health & Safety, to join our team!This position will support regional segments with the goals being leadership, continual improvement, regulatory compliance, regional coordination, and improved overall zero harm mindset culture.
This is aremoteposition. The successful candidate should reside within Central and Northern Florida. This position requires significant travel (approximately 25%).
The Health & Safety Director will lead and manage a regional safety team, ensuring the development, implementation, and overseeing of comprehensive safety programs across 18 states. This role is pivotal in promoting a zero-harm mindset fostering a collaborative and proactive safety culture. This Director will demonstrate the ability to support, develop, and implement an effective Occupational Health and Safety Management System, coordinate safety initiatives across multiple states, and ensure consistency and adherence to company safety policies.
