Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience with Risk evaluation, Safety, or related fields
• High level of Customer Service experience, not call center roles
• Healthcare experience or background in risk or compliance preferred
• Strong soft skills for relationship building

Responsibilities

• Deliver REMS education and support to healthcare professionals

• Assist in streamlining REMS workflows and best practices
• Collaborate with medical and commercial teams for training
• Gather feedback and analyze to improve REMS programs
• Record interactions and report on outcomes

Additional Details
