TotalEnergies Renewables USA seeks an experienced HSE Lead to serve as Owner’s Representative for Health, Safety, Environment, and Security on construction sites. You will provide field-based HSE leadership, ensure MAESTRO compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture with EPCs and subcontractors.

The HSE Lead serves as the Owner’s Representative for Health, Safety, Environment, and Security, providing site-based HSE leadership and governance across all project activities. This role ensures compliance with TotalEnergies HSE policies (MAESTRO), contractual requirements, and all applicable regulatory obligations, while actively promoting a strong and proactive safety culture among EPCs and subcontractors. The HSE Lead is responsible for overseeing all Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects of the project, supporting safe execution of construction activities through field presence, risk management, compliance verification, and continuous engagement with project teams.
