As TotalEnergies accelerates development and construction of its U.S. onshore Solar portfolio, strong Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) governance is essential to delivering projects safely, compliantly, and responsibly. In this role, you will serve as the Owner’s Representative for HSE during construction of all projects, helping protect people, assets, and project performance. Your presence in the field, engagement with contractors, and leadership by example will directly support a proactive safety culture aligned with TotalEnergies’ core value:

This is a highly visible, field‑based role focused on construction safety performance, contractor governance, and regulatory compliance. The HSE Lead serves as the Owner’s Representative for Health, Safety, Environment, and Security, providing site-based HSE leadership and governance across all project activities. This role ensures compliance with TotalEnergies HSE policies (MAESTRO), contractual requirements, and all applicable regulatory obligations, while actively promoting a strong and proactive safety culture among EPCs and subcontractors. The HSE Lead is responsible for overseeing all Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects of the project, supporting safe execution of construction activities through field presence, risk management, compliance verification, and continuous engagement with project teams.
