Job summary

TotalEnergies Renewables USA seeks an experienced HSE Lead to serve as Owner’s Representative for Health, Safety, Environment, and Security on construction sites. You will provide field-based HSE leadership, ensure MAESTRO compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture with EPCs and subcontractors.

In this role you will oversee HSE programs, lead incident investigations, and mentor teams to uphold rigorous safety standards across all project activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of HSE experience on construction projects, preferably wind energy.
• OSHA 30 (Construction) certification required; wind‑specific training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE activities for wind project construction, including turbine erection and crane operations.
• Ensure EPC and subcontractor compliance with MAESTRO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve HSE plans, JHAs, lift plans, and method statements.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and track corrective actions to closure.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and report to project leadership; support incident investigations.
