Job summary

TotalEnergies Renewables USA, LLC is seeking a Regional Solar Site Field Lead to oversee utility-scale solar projects in the Ohio region. You will supervise O&M activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety, reliability, and compliance across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership and communication skills, solid project planning abilities, and a background in engineering or technical maintenance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or a technical diploma/high school diploma with five (5) years of related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Enforce TotalEnergies’ HSE policies and ensure all third parties comply with our standards.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administrative activities for multiple large-scale solar and BESS generation sites in the Houston region.
• Team Supervision: Manage and support O&M contractors and equipment vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and best industry practices.
• Technical Support: Assist with equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and operations to ensure maximum safety and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Relations: Maintain positive relationships with landowners, suppliers, customers, vendors, service providers, governmental authorities, and contractors.
