This role ensures compliance with TotalEnergies HSE policies (MAESTRO), contractual requirements, and all applicable regulatory obligations, while actively promoting a strong and proactive safety culture among EPCs and subcontractors. The HSE Lead is responsible for overseeing all Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects of the project, supporting safe execution of construction activities through field presence, risk management, compliance verification, and continuous engagement with project teams.
