Sundt Enterprise is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support the HSE Department on project sites with experience in construction safety standards. This role involves coordinating events, managing records, and assisting with training materials to uphold safety compliance.

The position requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Power BI for dashboards. On-site work with travel as needed is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a construction/office environment.
• Time management and organization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power BI, Excel, PPT, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Arrange events or conferences and make travel arrangements as needed.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of courier mail and express mail services.
• Create and manage Power BI dashboards and Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain calendars for conference rooms and training events.
• Support creation of HS&E training materials and distribute them.
