Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Sales Representative for HR Outsourcing (HRO) in Atlanta, GA. You will close sales within a defined territory, join an award-winning training program, and collaborate with a team that supports both new and existing clients to offer high-quality HR solutions.

You will manage multiple sales processes, nurture relationships with HR and executive stakeholders, and drive adoption of ADP HR offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum.

Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required; essential is ability to perform in B2B sales.
• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Military experience—teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building—helps build relationships and achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Close sales within a defined territory and reach sales goals.
• Attend training and work with clients to sell HR outsourcing solutions.
• Develop relationships with HR and executive decision-makers to present ADP solutions.
• Cross-sell with other ADP associates and manage multiple deals through the sales cycle.
