Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in the Atlanta area. You will close sales and win new business within a protected territory, participating in ADP’s training program and collaborating with a team that serves both new and existing clients with top-tier HR solutions.

You will manage multiple sales processes from prospecting through implementation, building relationships with HR leaders and executives, and earning competitive compensation, benefits, and

Qualifications

Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call, manage time, and multi-task.
Strategic closer with an established B2B sales network and quota responsibility.
Proven winner who thrives under pressure and exceeds quotas.
Three years of B2B sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results-driven environment.
Military experience bringing teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality.

Responsibilities

Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
Attend training and sell HR solutions to clients from hire-to-retire benefits offerings.
Cross-sell with ADP associates to grow existing accounts and build referrals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners while maintaining high ethical standards.
