The Ohio State University is seeking an HRO Change Management Analyst to advance high reliability across the Wexner Medical Center and affiliated campuses. This role partners with the HRO Senior Consultant to deploy and sustain high reliability practices, lead the Zero Harm Champion program, and drive performance improvement through human-centered design and evidence-based methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health-related specialty or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: 2–4 years relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deploy infrastructure to support EPET skill adoption across the continuum of care.
• Oversee the Zero Harm Champion program.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement and monitor effectiveness.
• Collect, analyze, and report meaningful HRO metrics.
• Provide training and education to sustain HRO initiatives.
