Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an HRO Change Management Analyst to partner with the HRO Senior Consultant and multidisciplinary teams across the OSUWMC continuum of care, including the James Cancer Hospital. The role focuses on deploying high reliability practices and improving patient safety through evidence-based design and project management.

The analyst will build infrastructure for EPET skill adoption, oversee the Zero Harm Champion program, and drive system-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health-related specialty or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred 2–4 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and deploys infrastructure to support EPET skill adoption across the continuum of care.
• Oversees the Zero Harm Champion program and related initiatives.
• Coordinates mechanisms to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement and monitors effectiveness.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports meaningful HRO metrics.
• Validates sustained HRO efforts and provides training as needed.
