Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Change Management Senior Analyst to drive high reliability across the care continuum. You will partner with HRO teams to deploy infrastructure, refine Tiered Huddle practices, and implement evidence-based improvements that elevate patient safety and care quality.

You will lead performance improvement initiatives, collect and analyze HRO metrics, and provide education and training to sustain gains while advancing OSUWMC as a national

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred advanced degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience.
• Includes experience applying HRO principles and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy infrastructure to support HRO principles across the continuum of care.
• Optimize the Tiered Huddle Program and related processes.
• Identify, prioritize, and monitor opportunities for improvement; measure impact.
