Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a Change Management Senior Analyst to partner with HRO senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams across the OSUWMC continuum, from acute to ambulatory care. You will deploy and sustain HRO principles, advance patient safety, and drive system-wide change through human-centered design and performance improvement.

Responsibilities include building infrastructure for HRO, managing the Tiered Huddle Program, and delivering training and education

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in health-related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree preferred for higher qualification.
• 4+ years of relevant experience required; 4–8 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy infrastructure to support HRO principles across care continuum.
• Optimize Tiered Huddle Program and other HRO initiatives.
• Identify, prioritize, and monitor opportunities for improvement; report metrics.
• Provide training and education on HRO concepts as needed.
