Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, IT or related field.
• 1–3 years in HR operations, HRIS, or IT support.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle and HR data.
• Interest in HR technology and learning SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong attention to detail and data protection requirements.
• Good Excel skills.
• Ability to work in international remote or hybrid team.
• Exposure to US employee lifecycle processes or multi-state payroll.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve standard HRIT incidents and requests in SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS and related HR apps.
• Support US employee lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, status changes, transfers, leaves, terminations.
• Collect information, analyze, and escalate complex issues to HRIT Analyst or IT/vendor.
• Perform system maintenance, access changes and data updates per procedures.
• Prepare data files, execute imports and support data quality and reconciliation.
• Conduct functional, regression and UAT testing; document results and defects.
• Support HR functions with system questions and guidance.
• Maintain user instructions and system docs to improve handoffs.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for self-service and standardisation.
• Assist HRIT projects with requirements, testing, data prep and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with Global HRIT, HR, IT and external partners per global standards.
