Qualifikationen

• Requires 5+ years in information systems or related field.
• 5+ years using SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in business analysis and process design.
• Proficient in configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals) and SAP HCM (Time, Payroll).
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices in HR management.
• Experience with SuccessFactors–SAP HCM integrations, including data migration and reconciliation.

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules to meet requirements and standards.

• Lead testing and validation to ensure solutions meet user specs and regulatory requirements.
