Pennylane is seeking an experienced HRIS Workday & Data Lead to own the post-launch journey and drive the HR tech ecosystem. You will lead a small team, ensuring Workday configurations, security, and integrations scale with international growth.

The role combines hands-on work with strategic leadership, partnering with IT, Finance, and HR to deliver core HR data, dashboards, and governance in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including post-go-live ownership and functional configuration.
• Experience acting as AMOA or functional project lead on HRIS projects.
• Proven experience managing a team or leading a project team in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong project management skills with ability to run sprints and manage a backlog in an agile environment.
• Fluent in French & English; excellent stakeholder management across IT, Finance and HR Leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Workday post-go-live roadmap and continuous improvement of the HR tech ecosystem.
• Translate HR business needs into functional and technical requirements; lead solution design, UAT, and deployment.
• Oversee integrations between Workday and third-party tools; maintain HR data governance and security.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR Leadership, Talent Acquisition and Business teams to align priorities.
