Job summary

Rate is hiring an HRIS Director to lead the IT-side management of Workday and the surrounding tech ecosystem. You will own platform health, security, integrations, reporting, data, testing, and releases, while guiding internal teams and external partners.

The role demands 8+ years in HRIS/Workday with strong leadership, and a track record of delivering secure, scalable solutions in a fast-paced retail mortgage environment. Remote work option supported.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HRIS/Workday experience with enterprise applications.
• 3+ years leading teams or large-scale platform delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Experience with security, data governance, and compliance in HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Workday platform health, security, and integrations.
• Lead Workday enhancements, projects, and changes with backlog management.
• Coordinate with security and audit teams for controls and compliance.
• Mentor internal Workday resources and manage partner relationships.
