Job summary

Veolia in North America seeks an HRIS Business Systems Analyst to support HR systems, troubleshoot defects, and drive enhancements from an end-user perspective. The role blends analysis, design, testing, and reporting across HR data domains, with a focus on Time & Attendance and payroll processes.

The position is hybrid and based in downtown Milwaukee, with occasional travel. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR systems experience are required; Workday experience is a plus and payroll/HCM

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' technical experience with HR processes (Time & Attendance) or equivalent.
• Payroll and HCM system configuration experience preferred.
• Workday HRIS implementation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Documents and analyzes HR system requirements, data, and reports.
• Designs, configures, and QA HR system solutions and processes.
• Assists with data conversion, mapping, and integrations during upgrades.
• Maintains and analyzes HR reports of varying complexity.
• Investigates root causes and recommends fixes for HR systems.
• Supports testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Provides ongoing maintenance and vendor coordination for HRIS.
• Cross-trains and supports multiple HRIS applications and projects.
