Globalchannelmanagement seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support HR technology, focusing on Workday, low-code automation, and AI-driven process improvements. You will enhance Workday HCM, build automations in Power Apps and Power Automate, and apply AI tools to streamline HR workflows.

The role involves integrations, data mapping, and secure transfers (SFTP/PGP), with Agile delivery via Azure DevOps and adherence to ITIL and SOX controls.

Formación

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, including 3+ years in HR technology (HRIS/HCM).
• Hands-on Workday experience (integrations, processes, reporting, or security).
• Power Apps / Power Automate or equivalent low-code experience.
• Practical experience using AI or generative AI to improve processes.
• Integrations, SFTP/PGP, and data mapping knowledge.
• Azure DevOps or another Agile tool; ITIL change management and SOX-style controls.
• Strong communication skills with HR stakeholders and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Support and enhance Workday HCM including integrations, processes, reporting, and security.
• Build apps and automated workflows in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Apply AI/generative AI to streamline HR processes.
• Manage system integrations, SFTP/PGP transfers, and data mapping.
• Deliver work in Agile using Azure DevOps.
• Follow ITIL change management and SOX controls; translate issues for stakeholders.
