Career Crunch is seeking a human resources systems analyst who bridges HR processes and technology. The role blends hands-on HRIS support (Workday) with process automation using the Microsoft Power Platform.

You will coordinate changes, manage the HR Apps backlog in Azure DevOps, and help design AI-enabled solutions and dashboards. Strong communication with HR stakeholders and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst with HRIS/HCM experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience including integrations, business processes, reporting or security.
• Experience building apps or automated workflows with low-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Practical experience using AI or generative AI tools to improve business processes.
• Working knowledge of system integrations, file transfers (SFTP/PGP) and data mapping.
• Experience with Agile delivery tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with ITIL change management and audit or SOX-style controls.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business analyst for HR applications, with Workday as the main system, and connect HR/HRIS partners with technical teams.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve problems with Workday integrations to outside vendors (PGP/SFTP transfers).
• Coordinate backlog in Azure DevOps: intake, requirements, user stories, prioritization and tracking.
• Prepare and submit change requests for weekly and major releases with audit and change-management controls.
• Review statements of work and assist with PO and budget tracking for vendor work.
• Handle access/onboarding tasks for project resources and provide HR app admin backup.
