Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, including 3+ years in HR technology (HRIS/HCM).
• Hands-on Workday experience (integrations, processes, reporting, or security).
• Power Apps / Power Automate or equivalent low-code experience.
• Practical experience using AI or generative AI to improve processes.
• Integrations, SFTP/PGP, and data mapping knowledge.
• Azure DevOps or another Agile tool; ITIL change management and SOX-style controls.
• Strong communication skills with HR stakeholders and vendors.
