Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support our HR applications portfolio in Tulsa. You will work with the lead HR BSA to keep HR systems and integrations running day to day while identifying automation opportunities.

The role blends hands-on HRIS support with process improvement, including building low-code apps, AI-assisted solutions, and data mappings to reduce manual work for HR teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 3 years supporting HR technology (HRIS/HCM).
• Hands-on Workday experience, such as integrations, business processes, reporting or security.
• Experience building apps or automated workflows with low-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate or similar).
• Practical experience using AI or generative AI tools to improve business processes.
• Working knowledge of system integrations, file transfers (SFTP/PGP) and data mapping.
• Experience with Agile delivery tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with ITIL change management and audit or SOX-style controls.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to HR stakeholders and outside vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support HR applications portfolio and keep HR systems and integrations running day to day.
• Collaborate with the lead HR BSA to identify automation, low-code apps, and AI-assisted solutions that reduce manual work across HR processes.
• Balance hands-on HR systems support with process improvement to optimize HR technology workflows.
