Job summary

Saltu Staffing is assisting a leading Am Law 75 firm in finding an HRIS Analyst to join the HR technology team. The role focuses on HRIS implementations, data migration, reporting, and system optimization across HR, Payroll, IT, and data teams.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to drive data quality, governance, and integrations, while supporting a major HR systems transformation and future HR technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience within HRIS, HR systems, business systems, or a related technology-focused role.
• Hands-on experience supporting an HRIS implementation, migration, upgrade, or major system transition.
• Experience with a major HCM platform such as Workday, UKG, or Dayforce.
• Experience with HRIS integrations and enterprise data exchange.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including advanced Excel.
• Experience with testing, data validation, reporting, dashboards, and system enhancements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support a major HRIS implementation and system transition
• Assist with data migration, validation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization
• Support integrations between HRIS, payroll, and other enterprise applications
• Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and HR data solutions
• Gather requirements from HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities to improve workflows and data quality
• Support data pipelines, integrations, automation, and future HR technology initiatives
• Maintain strong data governance, privacy, security, and documentation standards
