Saltu Staffing is seeking an HR Data Governance Lead to join our growing People Insights & Analytics organization. This hands-on role focuses on improving the quality, governance, and reporting readiness of HR data across enterprise HR systems and data environments.

The ideal candidate brings HR data/HRIS expertise, strong SQL, and experience with data mapping, integration, and M&A data projects. You will collaborate with HRIS, IT, Analytics, Payroll, and Talent teams to ensure governed data

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR data, HRIS, analytics, governance, integration, or HR transformation.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses or cloud platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Oracle ADW).
• Experience with data mapping, transformation logic, crosswalks, reconciliation, conversion, and data-quality validation.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion Analytics, OTBI, BIP, or similar Oracle environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish HR data governance standards, data dictionaries, definitions, lineage, and quality controls.
• Profile, map, transform, reconcile, and validate HR data from multiple source systems.
• Support M&A data integration, including acquired-company data assessment, crosswalks, mapping, conversion, and reporting readiness.
• Partner with HRIS, IT, Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent teams to resolve complex data issues.
• Support Oracle HCM / Fusion Analytics data readiness, conversion validation, testing, and reporting.
• Build and maintain SQL-based validation routines, reconciliation processes, lookup tables, and data-quality rules.
• Help ensure governed HR data is ready for enterprise reporting, analytics, and downstream data warehouse environments.
