Job summary

Am Law 75 Firm is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support a major HR systems transformation. The role emphasizes data migration, reporting, integrations, and process optimization across HR, Payroll, IT, and data teams.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years' experience in HRIS or related technology roles, with hands-on HRIS implementation and strong Excel/reporting skills, and familiarity with Workday/UKG/Dayforce. Hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in HRIS, HR systems, business systems, or a related technology-focused role.
• Hands-on experience supporting an HRIS implementation, migration, upgrade, or major system transition.
• Experience with a major HCM platform such as Workday, UKG, or Dayforce.

Responsibilities

• Support a major HRIS implementation and system transition
• Assist with data migration, validation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization
• Support integrations between HRIS, payroll, and other enterprise applications
• Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and HR data solutions
• Gather requirements from HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities to improve workflows and data quality
• Support data pipelines, integrations, automation, and future HR technology initiatives
• Maintain strong data governance, privacy, security, and documentation standards
